1. How do I get a quote?

2. Where are your offices?

Our head office is at 45 Kambez St, Dokki, Giza, Egypt, with branches in Dubai (UAE), Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) and Tunis (Tunisia).

3. What’s the difference between FCL and LCL?

FCL (full container load) means you book a whole container. LCL (less than container load) means your goods share a container with other shippers, which is cheaper for smaller volumes.

4. Can you handle customs clearance?

Yes. We clear imports, exports and transit shipments in Egypt, including declarations, duty calculation, inspections and licences.

5. Do you offer cargo insurance?

Yes. Tick ‘Cargo insurance’ on the quote form and we’ll include an insurance premium based on the cargo value.

6. How can I track my shipment?
